1,2,3-Propanetricarboxylic acid, 2-hydroxy-, copper salt - Introduction
The taste is astringent. Soluble in ammonia and dilute acid; slightly soluble in water. Heating is easy to dehydrate and decomposes at high temperature. Toxic. No smell. Water loss at about 100 ℃. Soluble in hot citric acid alkali solution, soluble in ammonia and dilute acid, slightly soluble in water and cold citric acid alkali solution. Low toxicity, half lethal dose (rat, oral) 1580mg/kg.
